To better assist our customers with their tooling needs, Progressive Service Die Company offers several services in addition to the manufacturing process of your tooling.
Pattern Work: When sending in patterns there are times when corrections can be made by our staff. All changes or new patterns need to be approved by the customer before cutting dies or tools are produced.
Technical Sales Support: Our team of qualified sales personnel are available for our customers when questions or issues arise in your facility. They can also assist in the design and development of cutting dies, RF heat sealing tools, and multi-axis trim systems and tooling.
Turnkey Radio Frequency Heat Sealing Programs: We work closely with several Heat Sealing Equipment Manufacturers to assist in the development of projects that require both new tooling and equipment.
